Image Requirements
Guidelines for images on your advertiser profile
Important: All images uploaded to Sapphire Society are reviewed by our moderation team. Images that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
File Format
- Accepted formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, WEBP
- No GIF, BMP, or TIFF files accepted
File Size
- Maximum file size: 10MB per image
- Recommended size: 1MB - 5MB for optimal quality and loading speed
Resolution & Dimensions
- Minimum resolution: 800 x 800 pixels
- Recommended resolution: 1200 x 1600 pixels (portrait)
- Aspect ratio: 3:4 (portrait) preferred for profile photos
- Images that are too small or low resolution will be rejected
Content Guidelines
- Images must clearly show your face
- No blurred, pixelated, or heavily filtered photos
- No nudity or explicit sexual content
- No offensive, violent, or illegal content
- No watermarks, logos, or text overlays on images
- No images containing other people without their consent
- No misleading or deceptive images that misrepresent your appearance
Profile Photo Requirements
- Must be a clear, recent headshot or full-body photo
- Your face must be clearly visible
- Professional and tasteful presentation
- No group photos as your primary profile image
Gallery Image Guidelines
- Gallery images should showcase your style and presentation
- Variety of poses and outfits recommended
- Images must be consistent with your current appearance
- All gallery images will be reviewed before publication
Prohibited Content
- Images containing minors
- Images depicting illegal activities
- Images with contact information (phone, email, social media handles)
- Images with website URLs or QR codes
- Images that infringe on copyright or trademark
- Images that impersonate another person
Review Process
- All images are reviewed by our moderation team
- Standard review time: 24-48 hours
- Images that violate guidelines will be rejected with a reason
- You can replace rejected images with compliant alternatives
- Repeated violations may result in account suspension
